Before managing stress of our life first we need to know what is the term ‘Stress’ actually mean. So, as per researchers define Stress as a mental, physical, or emotional response to the events that causes bodily or metal tension.

Simply, Stress is any outside force that has an adverse effect on our mind and also on our body.


In our daily life because of our hectic work schedule and lot of work load everyone experiences stressful life.
There are many impacts of stress on our live. Stress is responsible for shorten our life and also to reduce our live age than the limit it should. Some of the impacts of stress on our mind and body include raise your heart beats, blood pressure which give rise to fall into heart diseases. So everyone of should take care of our life and keep yourself out of stressful life.

There are some simple ways and tips to remain out of stressful life. We just need to follow them regularly. The strategies listed below may seem like common sense and some of them are just that.

1. Do Daily Simple Exercise: For keeping you healthy and fit daily exercise is must. Because healthy and fit body helps us to keep away from stress or better to handle stressful situation. You can do things like walking about 20 minutes daily before starting your routine. Some other ways include like jogging, swimming, cycling etc. will help you to keep fit and healthy.

2. Mediation: It is very simple and most effective way to reduce your stress.
For doing mediation you will not take any special training, you just Try seat quietly alone and allowing your mind to still itself. Take long breath in your body and slowly breaths out and think something about positive things that makes you feel good.

3. Listening Simple Music: Whenever your mind feel stressful situation then listen your loving, simple music also helps you to reduce your stress and feel good and to forget that stressful situation.


4. Isometric exercise: It is less time consuming way for handling stress situation. Isometric exercise is simply contracting your muscles against resistance. You use resistance bands, dumbbells or isometric exercise equipment.

5. Think about what you like: This way also help you to reduce you stress. You just need to seat back for a minute by closing your eyes and think about anything like any picture, a special place or nature anything that you like. Breathe in and out slowly and relax. This is an exercise that you can perform practically anywhere for free. This technique relaxed your mind gratefully.

So, By Applying above simple ways in your life i.e. by including them in your daily routine you can keep yourself out of stressful life or helps yourself to reduce your stress.
